Er, how are you not seen you for ages...
Hope all is well. Was just chatting to my mum and it seems she's got the illness that you had for a while. She's having trouble learning to pace herself, and er, being ill, isn't really up to finding people online.

Good to hear from you - how is life as a Dr?
Sorry to read about your Mum - its really tough.
I have been really busy recently and skating a very thin line between coping and having another full blown attack, so I am not sure I am the best person to hold up as an example of how to learn to manage right now! I have been working really hard - am loving the job so being me do more 
There is more travel as well which is tiring. I am also doing a lot with a local theatre - and loving that too. I am co-directing my fist play at the moment - very scary but ...
Anyway I am happy for you to give her my email - will send you mine ...
