I hate it when I can't sleep.....all that tossing and turning just makes me angry.

You're telling me... the other night I was up till about 4 AM by no fault of my own-- I kept on thinking I heard things (other than the normal noises of my room and my family upstairs). Eventually, it got so bad that I heard the crickets outside and couldn't sleep. That, and my brain simply wouldn't shut off... I'm just glad that me staying up that late/not getting any sleep whatsoever happens so rarely... otherwise I really might get 
.
