...you a shoulder should you need one.
Sorry such a big fuss was made over all of this. I'm certain it'll all blow over soon and the e-mails will become less upsetting for you.
Hey. This was easier to post a message to you here than I thought it might be. It's a wonder I hadn't thought of this sooner.
In the meanwhile, don't forget that you have to drive me to the airport early in the morning. And I expect you to be wearing the full chauffeur kit!
ya little cuzzie.

Blood relatives posting on hootoo!
You even used smileys on your very first post!
What could be next...
Nevermind!
*giggles*
Thanks for everything and for being the cousin I can always rely upon!
Hope your flight went smoothly for you and that all was fine at home upon your return.
Give me the requisite call when you get in, okay?
Talk with you soon!

Bonjour-
I pray that you will be gentle with those kind monks.
Be good and remember you are on hallowed ground.
After that, you may enjoy the rest of your silent retreat.
Get back to what you were not doing.
We'll talk on Monday. Where's the telephone smiley when you need one?

Bonjour J!
I behaved impeccably!
And besides that initial collision with St. Benedict and assailing the Shinto priest, I left most of the monastery intact.
Now that I'm home, abandoning retreat scheduling hours is proving to be sort of difficult. You're used to being up at this time of morning. I'm usually just crawling off to bed about now. *sigh* I guess if I go through a normal frenetic paced day here, I'll soon get back into my ordinary deleterious routines...
Good golly, I've got ballet in 5 hours!
It was nice talking to you last night. I hope things become a bit less hectic with those contracts and your lawyers. I know you'll handle things with your usual aplomb and manage to keep everyone doing the best they possibly can. Just don't feel obliged to be seen w*rking overtime at your office just to make an extra show of solidarity. You're the most generous employer I know and you're quite past that stage where you need to prove yourself. So there!
Of course, you're quite welcome to stick around at your desk and post frivolous things here if you like. It behooves you to diligently practice with these smileysanyway.
So practice like a good hootooer!
Laters cuz!

Salutations sweet cuzzie.
You were right. Maybe I WAS overdoing the solidarity-for-effect theme.
There's only so much I can do to compel others to react. Only a megalomaniac could believe he has control over the ways of all things corporate.
It's 3 o'clock, and even so, I'll not miss eating my lunch over contractual rhetoric. Especially since the caterers brought in smoked salmon sandwiches,
three kinds of salads, borscht, and Sacher torte today!
for recommending them.
Let me know what you durned well thunk aboot Borat.
Stop slouching and try to have a little fun, wontcha?

Both of your phone lines were engaged when I tried to ring!
I'm going to bed right now. I thought there'd be a better chance of reaching you here tonight.
Let me know if you want me to talk to them before this weekend, okay?
Not that they wouldn't listen to someone with five university degrees and won grants and awards by the bushel load-no,no,no.... I'll lend my weight to your "suggestion", if you think it will help.
Are you refreshed from your retreat?
Good then, I'll make up a list of baked goods that I'll require upon my arrival.
Leave a message at my office if I'm out at a meeting during the day.
ya cuzzie!

Hello J!
It's so fun to see you posting smileys like a pro!
Sorry I had both lines tied up for so long last night! I was catching up with all my messages... I'm still not quite caught up with them yet!
Yes, please.
They seem to listen to you better than me.
It could have something to do with the way you unconsciously flex your muscles at them!
Okay, make out your list.
Just talk to them and paraphrase things in your masterly way, then threaten them and glare. *giggles* It works everytime!!!
I'll give you a call around 3PM, your time.
Thanks very much for coming to my rescue!
back at ya!

Hey C,
I SAW that!
I now see that there's a method to your postings.
Should I start wondering why you haven't worn the ET spring package yet?
Or should I urge you to get on with prominently displaying
loyalty to your NY sponsors, toute suite?
It tickles me to think members on that forum could realize that
industry insiders follow you there and regularly read those comments.
for the entertainment du jour.
Expect a call this afternoon.
jettisoning back in your direction, cuzzie.

Hello J!
Thanks for the call yesterday and all the moral support.
Now...
...get back to w*rk and stop lurking!
I see your eyes!
Tsk tsk tsk. And you said you weren't an internet kind of guy.
Nighty night! I'm off to bed now, ya big palooka!

You caught me.
I was just about to order you to march directly off to bed, little lady.
Damn! Work gets in the way of all the cyberjunk I want to do.
Sleep tight. Don't let the List Guys bite!
ya, even though you keep saying I Told You So...

Why...you...
Came to the office early to prepare notes and found out I needn't have bothered. early meeting was cancelled.
It's late for you to be still on-line and not in bed.
I'm being polite- but now I must tell you, for your own good.
GO TO SLEEP!
Sweet dreams cuzzie.

Okey dokey, you big bully!
Talk to you later. I can get 3 tickets for sure, but it's possible that another one can be scrounged, seeing as it's for you.

Are you still here or are those eyes in their 15 minute afterglow phase?
Is there a term for that phenomenon?
Hmmm. Not on MSN, either. Damn!
Okay. Be that way!
A & R, Esq.s are still going on and on about how
Wonderful(gush-gush fawn-fawn) you are and now want your full season schedule.
They also wanted to know if you're Seeing Anyone.
Must I give them the standard She Lives Solely For the Art of Making Music spiel? It would be my pleasure to speak on your behalf.
Anyway - well done cuzzie! The reviews almost made Me blush. I can't imagine how you deal with those and still keep your head on straight.
Wait. Let me adjust that head of yours more to the right...(grunt)...that's better!
Please take time out of your exceedingly busy as a squirrel schedule to give me a ring after 5PM. We need to compare schedules so that I'm in town to see to Auntie N when you're out of town next month. You don't want more Mexican Bordello hijinks, do you? Well?
Look forward to hearing from you later.

BOO!
Tsk tsk tsk.
Don't you pick up your voice mail messages ever?
Must I resort to reminding you to check them every so often?
It's been hellishly chaotic in the boardroom and I need cookies! So get cracking at them.
I have booked a flight for the 20th. Is that going to be compatible with your scheduling? S said that he'd be able to come by with M earlier, if you need someone to be there sooner.
Does any of this make much sense?
Give me a ring, pronto!
Who s ya cuzzie?
Me do.

Ooops! Sorry, that's just a reflex reaction to
s and cookie
demands!
*giggles* I hadn't checked my messages for a few days because I'd left my mobile in my car. And when I got to pick up the 55 messages(and recharge the phone), it took 2 days to get back to everyone.
I'm glad that you reminded me here...it might have taken even longer for me to get in touch with you, if you hadn't!
I forgot to tell you over the phone that I'm also going to see Squeeze in August!!!
Squeeze and Crowded House
in the same month!
That's if I get through the European performances and Bach Festival intact, of course.
Do you think you'll be doing any business here in August?*hint-hint, nudge-nudge*
Just thought I'd ask...
Talk to you on Monday, you big old cookie obsessed palooka!

Not a big problem, really, but give us a call when you get to your hotel room will you?
You have other things that you'd best concentrate on now, lovey.
Don't pay that of a Canadian much mind now, please!
And don't go through with booking that 2008 performance in Edmonton.
He's proven to be not worth an iota of your attention...
Sorry.
ya little cuzzie.
