Many thanks for your really encouraging words!
I'm sure I read in my prelim. research that there were plans for a battery recycling facility to be established in the US, but I don't recall reading about a definite completion of the proposal.
Technological advances in recent years have made the recycling and secure disposal of spent batteries economically viable (hence 2 plants in Europe and one in Japan, whether the proposed US facility has become a reality or not!)
