the whole world is a stage, n'est pas? I'm a New Orleans lady living in Mobile...or rather who has escaped Mobile AL to Fairhope. It is a very pretty little town. I lived in Hotlanta for a year or more in the mid '70's in an apartment on the corner of Peachtree and Peachtree, I used to take walks in Piedmont Park and hang-out in Buckhead when it was cool instead of an asphalt jungle. I was there last year around this time and went to Hal's for a Birthday celebration with my sister who lives in Gainesville, Ga. now. My mother was just up there at the cabin in Dolonaga, which my sister has sold (but is keeping the part of the property on the other side of the waterfall where all the gold is fabled to be.) How many roomies do you have? It sounds like a house full??? Working for the Feds, huh? That's an interesting profession. How do you like that? I also like the Vicar sitcom on the BBC, but am not addicted. I prefer Dave Letterman and don't have Tivo, but he mentions on the show that he does have Tivo, so it must be OK. I just wanted to say Hi! and Welcome, enjoy and participate in the banter of the H2G2. I also wanted to let you know that there are more than just Brits here. I am curious what kind of webmastering you do for the Feds but know its better not to ask,if you told me, then you would have to kill me) LOL

No roommates, just cats and a lizard

I work for the CDC, and it's sort of interesting. Just started a little bit ago, for the Division of Tuberculosis Elimination (can't give you the link, it'll get erased from a conversation, but it's not hard to find).

I wouldn't be too upset to find it was all Brits...I'm Canadian, living in the US, but even so I'm only first generation Canadian...my father is from Lanachire (Accrington). He moved to Canada when he was 22. I moved to the US when I was 22. I guess my first born child will move to what...Australia or New Zealand at 22...there's not much left, unless they turn out to be better at learning new languages than Dad or I are. Well, a first born is still a theory yet, anyways...
