You could always use the stirling engine to get rid of it once and for all. Rig the stirling engine so that it explodes when it detects the cat!

Oh btw I've started up a thread called Word Asscoiation with Smileys on HooToo and one of the people who psots to it has dropped me a message on my PS wanting to know if anyone knows who the smiley designer person is.

I said that i'd ask around and see if i could find out So do you know who it is?

Smilies, as with other H2G2 artwork, are made by the community artists.

Basically when they do decide to do it, they take the ones that we the community have said we want and then choose between them. They then get the community artists to design them, and then they get released.

Hasn't been a smiley release for a bit and no rumours of one. They usually let us know a bit in advance.
