thing being, in my first post, there is a *huge* clue that I am on a wind up for anyone interested in science. I say that there is a large copper rod in the ground to let all the electrons flow into the earth. But the thing is, the bloke that decided on the +ve and -ve signs for electricity got them the wrong way round and electrons actually flow FROM -ve TO +ve. Since the earth is -ve, that means it has a huge store of electrons. So therefore the electrons would flow from the earth to the coal. OK, convoluted, but anyone with an interest in science should know it, it was about 3rd year science (thats 3rd year secondary school, equates to god knows what nowadays!).
Some people just don't like being taken in do they? Still, glad it raised a smile from you

I watched that too!
Thing that gets me is that 300 complaints is a lot. 1300 complaints is a lorra lorra lot (sorry!).
But that sout of 56million! I mean, who are these people that go about complaining about ads? I can understand the BT crooked neck one, fair do's. But does that mean I get to complain about the yellow pages ad where the bloke pretends he has been burgled to cover up the fact his flat is a right state since my family kept saying that was me and taking the p?
