As keeper of the frayed shoelaces, where do you get those?

Sorry - been away. What was it you were after? Frayed shoelaces or the bits of plastic to stop them fraying?
For the frayed shoelaces - first find an enthusiastic kitten and give it the laces to play with, the result will come naturally.
As for the plastic bits - well the laces should come with them on as a rule. If yours have fallen off try using sellotape. If the laces are nylon you could always singe them at the end to stop them fraying.
