Hi
I'm Bossel and I'm somewhat stuck with an entry...
Somehow I don't get further with the 'HPRF' section of http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/A635681 (Ambiguity And The Influence of PRFs) without referring to the Chinese Remaindering Theorem
Is there any chance of getting you to knock something together so I could link to it (or make it part of the 'radar' project)?
Anyway, no problem if I'm asking too much!

I'm not sure I'm the right person to ask. I don't know much about Radar's, and the like. I might be able to help with some of the maths, but I'm not sure about that. It all depends on what level of maths is needed here. Perhaps if you gave me an idea of the mathematics involved, I could help.
Perhaps even if you express the problem in terms of abtract formulas and the like, and what you want to prove, I might be able to help.

Well, it's about determining unambiguous range by combining a set of ambiguous measurements and weird stuff with prime numbers and... ummh, perhaps I better leave it right that way. Abstract formulas won't be something that attracts readers on h2g2
