It's from "Last hour of the last day at work" found on Borders and Boundaries.
It's not my favourite ('Nervous in the alley' is), but I agree with the lyric, it's just good advice.

"Boring Town" is my favorite of their songs. And I agree with your sentiments on the quote. I only just bought Borders and Boundaries recently, so I'm not very familiar with the lyrics yet. Still, you have to love a CD with a song called "Hell Looks a Lot Like LA"... another sentiment I share with the band.
