You can call me TC Started conversation Jul 7, 2001
I am very sorry that I have held up the procedure with your Castrati entry. My enthusiasm is as great as ever it was, but various circumstances (nothing serious) have simply prevented me finding the time undisturbed to work on the subeditting. I have written to the PTB and apologised, too, and, if they let me keep the entries I have at the moment, it will most certainly be seen to after my return from holiday on 22 July.
When I write an entry I often wonder what is taking so long, so I think you deserve an explanation. You first posted the entry in May, and it is well due for completion. It attracted my attention in the Peer Review page at the time, so I am looking forward to doing the subediting on it. Please bear with me.

Don't worry, Trillian's child!
It had vaguely crossed my mind that the Castrati entry was taking a bit longer than one or two other entries I had recc'd, but I'm not bothered. I have decided to start a university project, so I have lots of work to do on that. I'm sure you'll do a very good job if you do hang on to it, so don't worry about me. (But thank you for contacting me - I do appreciate the courtesy!)

Hi, Trillian's child!
As it happens, Ashley has edited the Castrati entry, so it won't be waiting for you when you get back. But I hope you'll get another of my efforts to sub at some stage - I really enjoy the writing aspect of being a researcher, so I'll be sending a few more entries into Peer Review at some stage.
