And hello from me too ...

As an ACE (Assistant Community Editor) it is our job in life to scoot around welcoming newbies like yourself to this THE Guide. The low-fat, sugar free, unleaded, recyclable alternative to curling tongs - better for you than All Bran and far less likely to give you wind.

As I said, I am an ACE (you can tell you've been ACE'd by the snazzy "..." after the subject. They stand for the main focus of our mission - faith, hope and chocolate fudge cake. If you have any queries one of us will undoubtedly be able to help. If we can't we'll point you where we think you may or may not want to go and then we'll emigrate to Antarctica to study Emperor Penguins.

So where to start? Well, the best thing to do is go for a wander. See who's out there and what they're talking about and then just join in a conversation or vent your spleen. As soon as you post, someone will want to know who you are and before you know it, you'll be hooked.

The main thing to remember is always shear the right side of the sheep first - - no that's not it.
