Sleep as much as you can & drink as much water as you can. You could look on the bright side, with pen & paper you can 'rough' out all those guide entries you could never quite find the time for

Sleep? I'm having trouble staying awake! I could easily sleep 18 hours a day. And have been doing. And water is about the only think I can keep down. I've lost going on 3 stone in just over 5 weeks 
Not that I'm complaining, mind, but I can think of better ways to diet!
Hmmm, pen and paper, eh. I just might give that a try
