This year is the centenary of Mendelleev's death.
Wondered if you'd mind if I do a small update to your Entry, explaining how Mendeleev 'dreamed up' his Periodic Table through his love of card playing?

It's just an additional section about Mendeleev's seminal contribution to the development of the PT (which could arguably have gone into your Entry on the History of the PT. However, coz this year is the centenary of Mendeleev's death, I thought it appropriate to add it here).
