Regarding Zelda

All I said was that I never ~really~ liked the first game. I loved the music, the concept, the ambience and the style. Great monsters, wonderful gameplay, nice graphics, perfect music and adequate story. However, I never really liked playing it. I don't know why, I just didn't have the patience, and I still don't.

Since I didn't have patience to play the first game, I only had to get a glimpse of Zelda II to hate it right from the start. Side view? Link looks like that from the side? No way. I just didn't like it; it wasn't at all as straightforward, and it was much harder, in my opinion.

I haven't even tried Ocarina of Time. I've barely even seen it. smiley - smileyHowever, my brother, an avid player of ChronoTrigger (which is a fantastic SNES game that you would probably love) and Zelda I, tried it out and hated it. So I'll just trust his opinion...

I like Monty Python, and I kinda like Penn & Teller. (They're one of the very few reasons to watch Sabrina, at least the early episodes.) So at least we have some things in common. smiley - smiley

Play Ocarina of Time for yourself. Trust me.
Penn and Teller were cool in Sabrina.
Actually MP and the Holy Grail is one of my favorite movies.
"The animator died of a sudden heart attack."
"Nee!'
"Maybe if we built a large wooden badger..."
"What do you mean, an African or a European swallow/"

I can't play it, I don't have a Nintendo. Plus I despise everything that is 3D when it clearly doesn't have to be -- except for The Longest Journey, which is definitely my favourite game.

"Old woman!"
"Man!"

"Oh king, eh, very nice."

"Come see the violence inherent in the system!"

Fantastic scene. smiley - smiley

YOu don't even have an original Nintendo? Have you ever played Mario 3? Best game ever for the original console!

"And teh Lord did grin."
"Well that's what it says on the rock."
"Are you suggesting that coconuts migrate?"
"Message for you, sir."
"THey had to eat Robin's minstrels. And there was much rejoicing (Yea!)."

Really, it is? Wow! Trust me, I meant it! Comedy Magicians are my favorite! I especially liked them in Sabrina the Teenage Witch.
