Cheeky ..... a little less of the senior! Mature possibly smiley - smiley Naa I'm not into rap type music or the bashing beat or the hyper active DJ with breathless presentation.

ever heard of Afro Celts (fromly know as Afro Celt Sound Sound System). they make a mix of Celtic and African music, but the have Indian and Spanish musicians too. one of theIndian is Johny Kelsi he founded the Dhol Foundation. Dhol is an Indian drum. he gives lessons in Dhol playing too.

Afro Celts made 5 cds / 1 dvd
volume 1: sound magic
volume 2: release
volume 3: futher in time
volume 4: seed
pod: remixes cd / dvd *

* not my cup of tea, but still intresting.

Dhol Foundation made 2 cds
big drum, big world
drum-believable *

* I do not have this one, because I can not get over here or on my favorite on line record shop

all tho both are modern "popgroups" bot are are very energic. and members are all ages from all over the world.

Clannad I know...I like theme of Robin, the hooded man

the other I never heard of, I am not lover of Celtic music alone...

the combination of 2 old kind of music speeks to me...
Celtic bagpipes and flutes
African drums and flutes
Spanish guitar
Indian Drums
Turkush instruments

they apear on Peter Gabriel's realworld label.
Peter Gabriel and Sting both said that music is universal language. I agree.
