I have just come to the realisation that you are a month and a day older than I am. Except that my birthday is so close to Christmas I like my birthdate. I think having the double number is pretty cool. My brother is also 4.4 and I had planned to have my daughter on 10.10.00 but she wanted to be early not late and arrive on 22.9 instead.

Yes, I love the double numbers, too - and they make the chances much better that my boyfriend doen't forget my birthday...

My man still managed to forget my birthday last year but it was okay because I knew he had been thinking about me and had bought me a present. It was just one of those December aberrations. We now have 5 family birthdays to cope with in December, so it's all a bit frantic.

My father managed to forget one year and I was really angry. He had remembered my brother's birthday exactly a week before, there was a present from my mother sitting on the dining table waiting for him to give it to me and people had been ringing up all day. He didn't work it out until my Mum and other brother rang up while I was out for dinner.
