Hi Lyns!!! So a BBC employee had difficulty reactivating her old page. Well I never. Peta has laft a nice note at your old page advising how you can get the old one up and running, so that all of us Scottish researcheres can find you while not so sobere.

I've only just got my act together and reactivated. For some reason, I was able to locate your newer alter-ego more swiftly than your older one. Don't ask me how. Having a split personality is always entertaining. Didn't realise you were a Buffy fan. I am sadly and pathetically addicted to it..... 
The above subject of London is pretty relevant as I've been spending way to much time down there at interviews recently (unsuccessfully, I might add). My only coherent recollection of events is that I lost my favourite scarf somewhere and that dealing with the tube and a flight home from Stanstead whilst suffering the after-effects of a gallon of gin is never a wise plan.
Anyhoo, just stopped by to say hello, now that I'm finally back in the world of on-line again.

Nice to hear from you both. I wonder if we were in London at the same time UC - we could have done an Underground pub crawl together... although maybe in London that's just a bit too ambitious. Ever so slightly bigger than the Clockwork Orange.
DD, I am a bit ashamed at my web confusion - but remember I am still an almost-newbie Perhaps (with time) I'll finally get the hang of it! Say hi to FC!
