Hello Willem. I looked at your page when I first joined h2g2. There was a lot about your mental illness in your journal. At the time I felt too awkward to post anything, but I know that at the moment you're going through a bad time, so I just wanted to tell you you are in my thoughts. I know also that you may not get this message until you feel a little better, but that's no reason not to post it. I remember when I was in hospital, on heavy medication and being given ECT and how important it was to have support from people who wished me well. All I can say is, please hang on - there are a lot of people here who care, including me.
