I'm coming down to Jo'burg on Tuesday, and still in a quandary about whether to fly down or get the bus - If I fly I'll have to come up afterwards, but if I come down by bus I might be able to stop in Pietersburg on the way down. Anyway I e-mailed you but I think the networks in Zim are slower than the postal service so if you could e-mail me on Yahoo and give me your number, I'll give you a call so we can sort something out.

I'm looking forward to meeting you - but I can't stay and chat here as this isn't my computer - time is precious and I'm off to Nyanga tomorrow. I'll check my email before I leave. Having a wonderful time.

Received and understood - I called you this morning, spoke to I think your mum? to say I'd be flying down to Jo'burg, as the Zim buses are not very good - I'm going to catch up with my uncles and their families there; going out to Grahamstown to pick my cousin up from Uni. My uncle Alan has booked a flight out to Pietersburg next Monday, just for the day I'm afraid but I'll try to make the most of it - If you can recommend a good restaurant I'll take you out for lunch.

Nyanga was absolutely beautiful. I've never seen such incredible scenery - it would have been nice to stay but there are too many places to cover and not much time! Not to mention the effect the heat is having on my rather fragile British constitution

Hey Harare-Man! You phoned ... I forgot to ask you if I should pick you up at the airport on Tuesday! Please read this, and phone again, because I would be very happy to come pick you up ... then there's no problem with you having to find my house, and we can have a chat during the drive! You'll just have to tell me more or less which time your flight will arrive. If you've seen my website, you'll know what I look like ... I am a bit heavier now than I was then (in photo, 75 kg, now 82 kg), and my hair is currently cut very short, but I think you oughta be able to recognise me.

I'm going to copy this and sent it to you by email as well. I hope you look at your email before Tuesday!
