I know how to clear the history in the location bar now aswell so I can look at whatever I want (including Alan videos via the real player!)
As you can gather I am not doing that much work but so what.
Worked up until 5.30 as David was still in his office!

i quite like but there doesnt really seem to be much use for it in general conversation.

well done on your discoveries, all i found was the main box, not the location bar. how do you do it? i am intreuged now.


my brother is being a pain in the arse about the computer, so we may not get any joy out of hiim at the moment, in which case it means waiting till xmas break,. which for him is in about two months i'll keep pushing though. if it turns out we have a load of bits, like monitor, mouse, jeyboard etc that work, but not the 'box' do you want them when you mover if you can get a a box from else where, or would you rather get the whole thing in one go?

I went into edit then preferences then there was a box to click to clear the location bar history.
Great discovery not that I look at anything too dodgy but nice to keep Peter's nose out of it!

there was a new little bit of sands of time posted today. it's very OH MY GOD! and now i have to wait to christmas to find out what happens. when there is enough new stuff i'll put it on a disk and get it to you, but that probably wont be for about a year. if you dont care what happens in that story then just say and i wont bother.
