There will (hopefully) be a BBQ in the garden of the H2G2 League of Super Powers this Sunday (or Dontbry if you're that way inclided).
there is also talk of a sports day event, however discussions are still ongoing in the League tearoom.
hope to see you there on sunday.

Sorry, I'm going on holiday tommorrow.
I tend to avoid barbeques anyway. If I want the five states of meat [Frozen, Raw, Burnt on the outside but still frozen on the inside, Burnt and Charcole].... but I'm vegetarian anyway, so that doesn't come up.

You've never heard of "It's been a bad week?" What do you do on Saturday lunchtimes?
Hang on... What country are you in?

i vaguely recall being in england this weekend but i spent quite a lot of it in a particularly comfortable bean bag whining about the cricket. what country are you in?
do you mean "It's been a bad week?" as in a phrase or a tv show or something?
and at saturday lunchtimes i'm normally eating.

England.
It's Been A Bad Week is a radio comedy on Radio 2, mostly by Steve Punt + Hugh Dennis, which is mostly about stupid burgalers, falling off things, and it's a lot better than I'm making it sound. But whenever someone gets hurt, there is an appropriate sound affect, then a call of "Ahm OK!".
I listen while I eat. It'll probably be on Listen Again when the new series starts.

i've never heard of that but it sounds quite funny. i don't listen to the radio very much while i'm at school, mainly bacause i don't have a radio here. i like the hitchhiker's radio series' and i have all of them on cd but i only listened to 1 episode on the radio which was from the 4th series before i got the cds.
i think the end of the radio series is so well done. all the loose ends are tied up and Arthur's actually happy when it finishes.
