HA! That's nothing.
We once did a traceroute through our previous ISP (Cable Internet) and discovered that packets that were meant to be staying in the country were occasionally being routed via .mn hosts (that's Mongolia)
Become a CableInet packet and see the world!

Well I'm sure that Mongolia has some of the finest step by step exchanges left in the world. Nothing like solid copper mechanical links & yaks' milk grease for enhanced throughput.
