Fortunately, no. The Similkameen valley is about 350Km east of Van. It is rather nice.. not quite far enough away from the highway, but nice nonetheless
To give you some idea, we rarely lock our doors here when we go out.. although maybe it's the alsatians that give would be thieves pause...

Could you remove the remains of A651764? Or at least substitute your name as author for mine? Thanx,

Done.
I noted you as 'co-author' after re-writing the entry reflecting your post, ( #34, I recall ), which read: ' ', (without the quotes!), in the 'scariness' thread..
It was just to give credit where credit was due, but if I have somehow given offense, I apologise.
Anyway, the article is no more... It never really existed, anyway
I am not interested in arguing for argument's sake, just as you are uninterested in philosophy for philosophy's sake
I may revive ~some~ portions of the article later, in another form, in a manner which will hopefully emphasise the futility of argument for the sake of ego-gratification.

Thanks Tal,
Your position about argument and philosophy mirrors mine exactly. And I think we've already done that one to death. And I don't want to appear obsessed by Heidegger, 'cos I'm not. And I couldn't delete it myself as you'd edited it.
And many thanks for removing it
And very many thanks for your posting in my Peer Review
And good luck with your article when you do it! Couldn't agree more with your final comment about futility
