You get Office packaged with your new sys?

I confess I don't know that much about ME, but there are probably some informational sites on the 'net. I recall that when W 95 was initially released, it was plagued with problems, as was the initial release of W 98. I am currently running W 95 OSR2 (Operating System, Release 2) on my notebook, and W 98 SE on my desktop.. My notebook is about 4 years old, and has had few problems -- I have tweaked and twiddled it a lot, and it has been stable for the last year or so.

The W 98 box is new and so far, so good..

Your suggestion re: Yahoo would be good, except I hate Yahoo, and only use it because of the group thing. I'll make a note in my local reminder/calendar, instead

OH NO!!! is it WebTV or has the GOO gone all on you too? agh! it's making me dizzy! HELP!!

Anyway, yep... plus 2 encyclopedias like ill ever use them, one of those downloadable net lock things (but its pointless...) erm, XG Yamaha midi keyboard and software player, oh, others, and i'm getting myself a Magix Music and visuals software package thing... i had one on my playstation.. but not got that anymore... but thats okay so i wouldn't have used it once i got to h2g2!

Yahoo is great! I Use it for Mail, e-groups (clubs were better!) Mail,
geocities, everything! except Y!Chat ..that's terrible, Y!Public Chat!
