Hi,
I'm currently Sub-editing your Entry on Pelican Crossings, so you shouldn't have to wait too much longer for its big debut.
Do you know why they are called 'Pelican' crossings? I remember zebra crossings, and it's not a great leap of the imagination to guess how they came by the name; but 'pelican' seems a bit more mysterious.
I'd appreciate it if you could let me know as soon as possible. Thanks.
