Hurrah for Uefa ... for a change!

Uefa have decided that they won't be seeding the Euro 2004 play offs after all.
There had been rumours that they would seed the draw for the matches between all second placed teams which would have been unfair in the extreme for Wales who's lowly Fifa ranking would have seen us have to face one of the 'big boys' for a place in Portugal.
So who do I fancy? Well I quite fancy Russia, Latvia or Slovenia to be honest - a good chance of qualification and a good trip to boot.
