Your HP entry's gone, but I decided to start another one. I love the books, and of course I've seen the film. Was the Harry Potter film less well publicised in NZ, if it was released at the same time as the Lord of the Rings film?

I don't know how it was publicized in New Zealand, due to me being in Australia!

Here it was very heavily advertised, and apparantly heaps of people went to see it. It was released a good bit before TLOTR, but I still haven't seen that yet.

Sorry about the locational error! I'm based in Britain, and got confused (we do that easily up here!) I think I met Niwt on h2g2, last summer, but I don't think I've spoken to you before.

Happy birthday anyway! My mum wanted to see the Harry Potter film with my dad, but he didn't want to go and see it, so he's in trouble now - she went out on her own yesterday, to the local cinema, and they've stopped showing it Poor mum!

Never mind about underage drinking, it's never as good as you're led to believe. But enjoy this virtual and have some as well!

Hmm...I haven't had enough experience of drinking to decide if it's as good as I expect or not! What I have had has been nice, though.

Dizos...um. Welllllll....um. We know each other well, and can kind of know what each other is thinking...and we can be complete and utter cows to each other, I go and feel angry and depressed, she scribbles on my book, and then we say honk. Well. Not quite.

I wasn't sure what you meant anyway, about Dizo - I know what people are thinking, at least like my mum, and my best friend, but we never say honk to each other!

My mum got to see Harry Potter in the end, and really enjoyed it!

We're still trying to move. Still waiting for someone to buy our house. Still waiting!
