Now you can perhaps see why I learnt Swedish instead.

Yup. They've got Äs and Ös and the Swedish also have an Å, and the football (Fotbol in Swedish, Jalkopallo in Finnish) is pretty lame.
But that's because they excel in ice hockey instead.
