h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Hello Ebil Tiger Lily. I was trying to contact Stubbornly Socialist, but I have come to the conclusion that every one on H2G2 is dead. ( Alas how sad! ).
Is there any one out there, who is Stubbornly Socialist ? Is SS a Trotskyite ? I wanted to put forward a Marxist dialectic on the relevance of H2G2 in a modern post - imperialist Utopian socialist republic, but all the Socialists are .... ?
Whatever happened to the Revolutionary Communist Party ? I was going to discuss 'Socialism for the New Millenium.'
I deeply resent the fact that my head was stuffed with this rhetoric back in the 80's.
And now I have a head full of left - wing 80's political dogma.

I blame Blair for bringing Tedium into politics along with Ineptitude Bigotry and Boredom. Politics used to be challenging and it used to mean something. Maybe I am wrong and the world has changed or we all just got old, The Berlin Wall came

Perhaps the problem with socializm is that every attempt to realize it in actual life in a group larzger than, say, a kibutz hasn't gone very well to put it mildly.
It doesn't necesserily mean there is something wrong with the idea itself, but it is bound to discourage people.
