Yeah, I'm being pesky and not actually sticking a pic up yet, 'cause I want the new, extra-good-smelling random quote box thingy and the newer, better-smelling search box.

And The Blues Brothers, is, quite simply, the best movie ever. I only own about 3 of their albums, though. Tell your 5 year-old she has excellent taste.

We've only got 2 on CD. All the rest is on vinyl
*hangs head in shame*

But whenever we take a long road trip, the Blues Brothers are in the multi-disc changer in the trunk! She totally loves 'Rubber Biscuit'!

Have you ever heard of a ricochet biscuit? It's a kind of biscuit that's supposed to bounce back off the wall into your mouf. If it don't bounce back *giggle*...you go hun-GRY! Bow bow bow...

It was weird to hear her singing that the first time - when the CD wasn't playing.

My wife thought she was having a seizure!

And I just got myself singing it. Crap song, really, but fun. I like that one that Belushi sang on one of the live albums--"Guilty", I think? Great song. Too bad he's, like, dead and stuff.

But I love the last two tracks on that album.

"Going back to Maimi" is a killer and totally appropriate for you wacky Floor 42-type thingies.
