Hmmm and I wonder if the so called "fancy pants" seesaws are as effective at knocking an individual unconscious as the tried and true wooden ones.
I found those to be highly effective. Just get an older cousin to bounce you at the top and you sail lightly and gracefully into the air and (while reaching convulsivly for the seat mind you) manage to forcefully and convincingly thwack your chin on the seat on the way down and get knocked 5 ways to hell. The best thing to do is to wake up to the cousin crying about how he hurt his butt and watch everyone ignore him, 'cept his mom who whacks him soundly for being such a stoopid cousin.

In kindergarten, I knocked a little boy's tooth out with the seat of one of those old see-saws.

you can almost feel the nostalgia, can't you?
