I am not looking forward to the loss of Goo when the powers that be make the changes to the site. I've had a look at the new design and am not impressed.

I just think it's very sad.
I was checking out how the site looked back in the day - http://web.archive.org/web/20000302123934/www.h2g2.com/
I kind of do understand why things have to change but to be honest I think it's too late. If the BBC had been on top of things the site could have been serious competition for social networking sites, now the redesign just looks like an attempt to imitate them.
