Hey, Maverick. I've crawled out of my cave (at least temporarily) and thought I'd wander around hootoo a bit...
How ya been?

Good to see you around again, WR. Missed you, but kind of figured you were doing your best to heal.
My job description has changed a bit, but other than that, things are still just as weird.

Unfortunately, my best hasn't been very good with regards to healing. I may well be looking at more surgery
Hope the job changes were positive ones!

More surgery?! Eeeek!
I mean, maybe this time will be more successful, than the last.
Our office administrator left. Our staff was reconfigured. The link is my business card.

Nice card! Actually, your duties look a lot like mine...
Yeah, the only way I can respond to the thought of more surgery is ! But, I'm not getting any better as is...

Thanks, the card was a little something I threw together. The boss said "If you'd rather, you can delegate some of this.". So I looked around the empty room... hmmm.
I get some help with the receiving, now that I do more of the financial stuff in the office instead of spending the day with the database and merchandise in the supplement room.
The surgery may be a blessing in a big, big disguise.

Do they really make disguises that big???
And thinking of big, is the demonic filing cabinet still bothering you?

Maybe it's two disguises stitched together?
The filing cabinet has been behaving, which kind of concerns me. I think it's planning to take over and it's just waiting for the right time to take us by surprise.

Be careful, when they're smart enough to lull you into a false sense of security, they're dangerous!

I've heard that... but, we are on to this one.
Actually, we're kind of leery of the rest of the office equipment too.
Hiya
rangerjustice (formerly warrior ranger) Posted Jan 15, 2005
Well, you know the demonic filing cabinet will provide strong leadership if the rest of the equipment ever turns against you...

Really sounds like it should be a movie... or at least a Twilight Zone episode.
The desks are too massive to fit through the door, the carpenter fitted them in place. So, those can only torment us in the one room...
There is another, identical filing cabinet in what is now my office. That one doesn't shock me.

I know. But still
Mike shipped a package yesterday... I was kind of surprised to see Xena when I got home. He keeps saying "If she hops in willingly...".
