subtle changes
Posted Nov 22, 2000
I would've been on an aeroplane right now if life hadn't taken a shift in course two months ago. But under the circumstances I'm glad I'm not going, I would have had a miserable time, she would have had a miserable time, her mom and granny and even the cats would have had a miserable time.
Instead they get to have a good time for thanksgiving without the joy of having the ex-boyfriend there, and I get to have a good time as I fly to Geneva at the weekend to see another old friend.
So things are working out for the best, and even better I don't have to deal with jet lag when I get back

at a loss

Why is it whenever I don't have a large group of friends, or a girlfriend, I feel like an incomplete person. And I feel like I'm annoying the few friends that I do have... I guess I'm kinda at a low ebb, I'm sure things will get better, but at the moment I just have nothing to look forward to and nothing to get excited about. And there's only one person who can fix it, and that's me and I just don't have the energy.
The happy bunny is still in me, he just doesn't seem to want to come out to play at the moment.
