I wonder..... do the manics have the best of both worlds - I mean being depressed is depressive in itself! At times I would like a Up side(but this might just be indeciveness - I'm not sure).

I don't think you could term me manic depressive, I don't have huge amounts of energy and don't rush around attempting to do many things at once.

I was thinking more of me (selfish, I know!). I, also do not have a great supply of energy, just osteo-arthritis (of the knees, hips). I thought it might be nice to have an upturn once in a while!
