Sold out as you got older but never lost your appreciation of nature in all its glory.I really love to see a storm especially a spectacular one with thunder and lightening.

I had to check back to see why you said that.....
Having less than no money I feel I maybe entitled to worry about it without accusations of selling out thank you (Don't apologise I'm inconsolable, ok, you can if it'll make you feel better )
I remember mum driving us back one weekend and watching lightning coming UP from the ground....
There was no rain... just the electricity in the air, it was very strange....

Oh Ash I didn't mean it in that context, I mean our lives all evolve around the pursuit of enough money to live .Now we are too busy working and maintaining our lives that we haven't time to see if standing in a rainbow feels different but at least we still appreciate the beauty of it.So forgive me if I offended you I consider from what you have written to be a man of great principles and conviction. You seem to care greatly about the wrongs and injustices of the world
That is the first time you have ever spoken to me of your Mum.

I have no great convictions and I'm not offended either
You appear to be confusing me with someone else....
I guess I don't talk about Mum cos she spent the greater part of her life saving me from the hell that is Dad and I miss her...
She died of dvt after a hip operation 5 years ago... So it goes.
