Typical!

Well, after the innitial burst of enthusiasm had died down and I read most of the little bits and pieces, I came accross a little area of text that stated that by getting your work "published" in h2g2 would change your life, I thought "well that's for me then, I feel my life could do with a good changing.". That little area of text also stated that you should write about things that you know about. This didn't bother me cause I thought "oh that's easy! It'll be a piece of cake!"
Now three days later I haven't even attempted to write anything intelligent and I have now realised I don't really know much about anything. I mean, I could write about lots of things, but really, I don't think I know ENOUGH to sound really intelligent and get my work on the net. Also, it's quite likely that no one wants to know about the things I knnow lots about. Sad eh?

A funny thing happened today...

A really strange and altogether uncanny thing happened today. I was minding my own business, stumbling through masses of web pages that really weren't veery interesting at all, when I came upon this site, h2g2. And I thought, oh, well here we go. And As I'm writing this I'm thinking, oh no, what have I done??? More to come
