What ho! The zaatar arrived in the mail last night! Thank you so much for thinking of me! So far, I've used it in yogurt cheese and homemade hummus. Luckily, someone gave me a Middle Eastern cookbook for my birthday this year, so I'm sure I'll find plenty more uses for the zaatar. Again, thanks so much! If there's anything I can send in return just let me know...

Alf sahtein, FG. (a thousand times good health) You are more than welcome, we just had some sprinlked on grilled kashkaval on toast for breakfast (kashkaval is a semi hard sheep cheese - very flavourful)
