Having had a small bu brilliant flash of inspiration, I did some looking.
Conclusion - people in the West Midlands should think before they design flyers/posters.
Can you guess why?

Ignore me. I was having a little turn about the geography of the UK.
Glad you're here tho'. Might be worth popping down to HMV up your way - one of them round here was doing Claws of Axos and The Two Doctors for a tenner apiece. Might just have been a managers dicsrection dealie, might be a special on those two as latest releases.
I bought Claws but decided to pass on t'other, despite the great Patrick Troughton beiong involved.

Already got Two Doctors, but I'm certainly in the market for Claws - my VHS copy is shagged.
I'm still curious...

Here's one that'll make you laugh. T'other night in pub quiz;
q - Who was the Third Dr Who?
a (from wags on next table whose paper we were marking) Noddy Holder
Now, I don't know what they were thinking, but part of me thinks that somewhere there really ought to be an alternate universe where Noddy Holder WAS the third doctor. Mirror hat an' all.
Really, he'd have been brilliant!

"It's DAAAAAAALLEKKKKKKS!"
Many moons ago, Celestial Toyroom ran a series of articles about what the show would've been like if some of the names suggested at regeneration times had got the part. Ron Moody instead of Jon Pertwee, that sort of thing. They were great fun.

Scored a copy of Talons for tenner yesterday in HMV. Quite a lot of stuff going for a tenner in Chelmsford.
But not Earthshock or Inferno, both of which I would have hd in a flash.

The commentary on Earthshock is worth the ticket price alone. Janet Fielding appoints herself 'Who fashion correspondent', and *everyone* blatently still loathes Waterhouse.
I can feel a shopping spree coming on myself, actually, but I'm going to have to stop mentioning Doctor Who books to next door's kid, earlier in the week he gave me a set of Ninth Doctor novels and I know damn well he's got no money .
