By fiddling around with Microsoft Excel, I've found out that
-x^5 + 19.125x^4 - 136.75x^3 + 448.37x^2 - 656.75x + 341
works out to be my (real) first name, approximately. First one other than Sylvia to guess it gets a prize. No fair snooping around other websites to find it out.

Presumably you are refering to how it looks likw, rather than some way of solving a quintic equation in base 24 somehow escaped the minds of mathematicians the world over... oh hell, I hope excel isnt good enough at math to think about stuff in bases other than decimal, otheriwse this could be quite tricky.... gonna be pretty tough anyway I reckon. hmmm

Even without the clue deciphering the interegers would probably have been my next step - I only didnt get that far before because it was some ungodly hour late last night, and I was feeling dead
