Hi there! :-) I'm not an official greeter or anything, but I ~love~ a dry Ketel One Martini. The proof to that is here: http://www.h2g2.com/F45818?thread=60802&post=605666 . And, I've been to Bay Ridge a couple, three, four times. (I'm a Jersey girl.) So... welcome to h2g2. There'a a nice coffee shop at http://www.h2g2.com/A202924 called the Aroma Cafe. It's a good place to meet people a get a feel for the community.

Hey there. Thanks for the info, I'm very excited about all this...One question: last night I wrote an entry. I didn't submit it to be edited, just put it out there. But now the only way I can find it again is by going back to my page. Why doesn't it come up when I do a search? Won't that make it hard for someone looking for the "chile con queso" entry? What am I doing wrong?

Thanks again for the help.....

Try this:

Click on "search the guide", leaving the search box empty. Thank will bring you to a more detailed search page.

Type your search string into the box under the "Search the Guide" heading. (Chile Con Queso)

Check off all 3 types of guide entries (edited, guide and recommended).

Then click on the Search the Guide button right beneath the check boxes.

It worked for me. smiley - smiley

BTW, the simple search from the search box at the top of the page didn't work for me either. I don't know why and it makes my brain hurt to think about it.
