h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Hello Beloved,

Gee that is such a nice name, I bet you are a really nice person to go with it. Will you help us in our struggle to have Sergei Prokofiev removed from the 'most neglected' list on the h2g2 front page? Our struggle is expanding, you can elist on 'h2g2 soapbox', or 'Prokofiev' or 'most neglected' forums, all can be got to via my home page. Sergei by and large wasn't any great chop as a composer, although most people know his 'Peter and the Wolf'. But he was a battler, got in there and rolled his sleeves up, had a go, tried to do his bit. Had a bit of a flirt with the commies, but who hasn't at some stage or another. Now he languishes, needlessly and wrongly, on the most neglected page, an object of scorn, derision. Even Stalin didn't humiliate him this way (well he did, actually, but don't interrupt I am in full flight). Will you join the growing band of people concerned to right this injustice? Please.

I have responded to your pleadings and hope my small contribution will help fight for truth, justice and the Prokofiev way. If you keep up this promotion, he'll be able to stand for the up-coming local government elections - I don't know that not being alive precludes entry...

It is a VERY nice name.

But Sergei lives!!! Every time someone listens to the cat walking across the meadow, Sergei lives. And even if he were dead, it would hardly make any difference to the (de)composition of the local council. Decomposition - get it?!!! The council members are all stiffs anyway!!!! Stiffs, dead, decomposition: get it, huh?? That is so bad I will have to send it to Mr Mark Moxon.
