Here's a pic of the National Guitar. It belonged to John Entwistle of The Who.

My daughter bought it in a fit of Ohmigod-that's-the-most-beautiful-thing-I've-ever-seen-I-have-to-have-it. But it's too rock'n'roll for her, she's never played it since buying.
She'd sell it for £3000, which is more or less what she paid 18 months ago. It has a provenance thingy with it.
