Hi JK

A hearty "YES!" to the latter.
If you mean that "imperialism, globalisation and the capitalist ideology" can *contribute* to war, then I cannot disagree. Myriad things contribute to war, and I'm sure you're right that these three are among them.
From your other postings on the same thread, I understand you to believe that your view - your truth - would be universally recognised as such, if only people understood it, as you do. I sincerely believe this to be seriously mistaken. It isn't even a comment on your particular beliefs; it's a general observation.
Humans have had a host of belief systems since (before?) we started recording our history. And 'One man's truth is another man's nonsense'. I think it's unrealistic to expect that our history will not repeat itself: while there are people, there *will* be different - sometimes conflicting - belief systems.
Hence my view that only tolerance of other's views will rid us of war. Of course, the tolerance must be universal. It only takes one side to start a war.
I suppose that makes me a totalitarian, in a way -- universal tolerance must be universally imposed by whatever means necessary... Including war? Oh, dear! No-one said solving the world's problems was easy, did they?
