awoke at 8.48 a.m. I watched a bit of BBC News 24 then Model Mania, Garden Railway and a bit of Saturday Kitchen then my carers arrived and got me washed and dressed an into my wheelchair I have just checked my E Mails and I am about to send E Mails of Garfield 
and post it on all my MSN Groups
Sheil has still got a migraine so has gone back to bed
The Tropical fish 
are swimming about and stuff
