Dependencies
Posted Oct 10, 2000
It may be clechy, but when asking myself whom can I really depend on the answer invariably is myself. In the end everyone will desert you, everyone will turn there back, and no one will live up to the expectations of what you hoped they could be.
Now what does this mean in life? Well there are 2 ways to deal with it, suppress this knowledge and live, or live with this knowledge and live. Of course the latter of the 2 will either entice you to kill yourself or find some way (i.e. Drinking) to deal with the fact you can only depend on yourself.
The hardest part of this, is accepting this and living life happily, people will disappoint you because they choose what they believe is best for them at the time. You have to respect this, even when it makes you feel like s**t.
The next hardest part is living life after you have accepted this, and putting yourself on the chopping block yet again to be disappointed and let down, for you also realize, without the possibility of great loss there is no possibility of great gain.

Regret
Posted Sep 29, 2000
The only thing that truly seperates a happy person from a sad person is regret. If you can look back at your life and say I made these choices, and I love who I am for making them you will be happy. If you see something you regret, know that you know now what choice to make in the same situation, and if you at all can, do what ever it was you wish you had! DO IT! DO IT NOW!

True Olympic Competition
Posted Sep 23, 2000
It is my belief that after much observation the real olympic challanges are not between the athlets, but between the pharmasudical companies of the different companies. Who can produce the best body inhancing drug, and yet still make it undetected by the drug commision. Now this is accomplished 2 differnt ways; using proven steroids and other such drugs, but making sure that before the testing the athleats allow for enough time for the drug to be out of their system. This of course also involves some political connections for warnings of 'random' drug testing and such events. the Second and in my opinion more likely presued method is to alter the existing drugs in such a way as they are not detected, or even better to come up with a new drug that is not approved, and thus undetectable by out of date regulation testing.
