by the way, a good pressure cooker is a friend. Mine, for example. It always shows me when and how much it is under pressure, and I know exactly how to get it cooled down again ( just get it off the heat or let it take a cold shower). But then, it's a Continental pressure cooker, I don't exactly trust in North American cookers, they release steam all of a sudden and you never know when they might explode ( well, the missing security vent).smiley - winkeye
