Yeah, I've been feeling rather funny the last couple of days. Yesterday I actually fell asleep watching T.V! I never sleep during the day. Strange times.
Anyway feeling better now.
But yeah I'm ok.
I guess it didn't help that I stayed up pretty late on Sunday watching a film called the last castle. It was about this guy in a military prison, 'twas good though.
How 'bout you?

yamshark Posted May 24, 2005
Caught the end of Castle prog...so didn't get into it really
I have a bit of a head cold. Thought I'd got rid of me cold but it seems to have taken residence in me bonce!!!!
So glad your feeling better Sucks bad when head won't go straight. I find I have to try and hide from people when that happens.
Am trying to get an online chat program installed and working (called Miranda) but it's playing up a bit - oh well, perserverance.
Part quote from one of my fave films - "Be calm, Be cool...."

(just because it seems relevent.)
Over the last few days my eating habits have been somewhat irregular, for many different reasons.
This has meant whilst on places like Lil's Atelier I've had the curious urge to say mmmmmmm food! Every time food is mentioned. This would probably seem rather odd to everyone else, or at least slightly random,as they're having completely different conversations.
Oh and I ate lunch, vegetable pie thingie.

absolutely nowt wrong with random (however slight) muses. I do 'em all the time and whilst the people around me (most of them anyway) think I'm sometimes a "bit weird", these people on here seem to enjoy them. I enjoy other peoples anyways.
What's "Lil's Atelier" ??
Veg pie - can't fault yer. Are u a veggie? - can't remember if u said or not.
And just to be xtra nosy () - why have your eating patterns been irregular? (u can ignore that if u want of course. Tis none of my business)
L8r dude

The Atelier is here on H2G2, It's this salon-type-thing where people have conversations and stuff.
I'm not a veggie.I did consider it once, but one of my favourite meals is Gammon, chips and peas. I had veg pie because I had a sudden craving for Sunday-lunch type vegtables!
Ah now, the eating patterns. Complicated stuff-arguments etc. Nothing that can't be sorted with a bit of work. I don't mind you asking, I just don't talk about that stuff too much.
Have the BBC strikes affected you? I think I missed something on here, but the T.V and Radio seem pretty normal to me.
Yay, the sun's shining.

yamshark Posted May 25, 2005
Had a quick look during strike and everything was pending moderation so left it alone 'til they were back.
Had a rubbish day............felt grumpy .......but hey, that's life
Guess arguments are part of life to - wish they weren't
Kinda sunny here, but kinda cloudy at the same time

Aw sorry your day wasn't too good.Anything in particular?
Ah well, we all have funny days.
Sunny again today.
Went down to the lake near where I live, the person I was with was afraid of the ducks when they all crouded round looking for food. I must've looked like the lady with the pigeons in Mary Poppins!

yamshark Posted May 27, 2005
Just have bad days ......and good days
.......trouble is my bad days can upset peeps partly cos I don't feel they geddit.
Wow you live near a lake - is that walking distance then.
that you were surrounded by ducks - would love that but would also feel it's drawing too much attention to myself. Guess that's how it is
Mary Poppins impressions are good - and impressions of characters in it
see u later

Ah well, Bad days, good days- They come they go....
Yup I can walk to the lake,It's just water, plants trees and ducks mostly- but I like it.
Praticly anyone, who looks like they're gonna feed them, is usually surrounded by ducks( and swans and geese!)so people don't take much notice. I tend to feel I'm drawing too much attention to myself sometimes too, I used to be realy shy when I was tiny. Guess sometimes you have to try anyway.
Impressions- hmm can't do many on purrpose!
Bye

I think they're Canadian geese. Sorry, not the most knolageable when it comes to birds.
Really must make more of an effort to find these things out.
Well I can definately remember it.
Dr Who. Arg. Ocasionally watch it then get freaked out. I think I prefer the older ones, so you can make fun of the Special Effects.

Argh! Haven't been online for a week, not out of choice either; my time online is now restricted to stop me becoming obssesive.?!! It's only because I've spent over an hour on H2G2 a few days in a row.
Dr Who- I dunno creeps me out a bit.I like it, it is just kinda ..creepy. For me it's one of those things you watch and then wonder if it was worth it. I still watch it though, I'm a sucker for sci-fi.
Hobbies, well.. reading all though I haven't done as much recently, seeing movies, and general stuff *shrugs*.
Saw ROTS a few days ago It was kind of sad, but cool. I was
spaced out for hours afterwards- not really sure why.
Want to see it again.
Yay is sunny again today!
You take care too.

Who stopped you visiting hootoo..huh huh?....Who was it...?
Why I've a good mind to come round there and.............well.....
......do summat anyways
Can be a good thing I s'pose to stay away from things once in a while. I find I can get to obsessive about certain things - this place being one of them Sometimes I 've sat 'til late at night just waiting for peeps to converse with...
ROTS was a film. Am glad you enjoyed it
And I wanna see it again too.
Just been caught in the rain taking the for a walk - quite like rain really, it means that less human beans are out there, lurkin'...
Yeah a
See ya later

I guess you've got a point, I have no problem with the principle, just not sure it was nesscecary. Also I really don't like it when people push you about something and use the phrase 'it's just because I care.' especially people like my mother.
Ah it's ok,just a few bad experiences.
I like walking in the rain, especially through woods. It's lovely and ..peaceful. I've really been using that word a lot recently, maybe I should expand my vocabulary a bit.
Trouble is there isn't a huge amount of wood too near to where I live, and at the moment it's more cloudy than raining or sunny.
People hanging around make me nervous too, though I sometimes wander around and might be accused of lurking, but I have nothing but good motives, I enjoy being out and about but often feel self-conscious.
Bye for now.

<<'it's just because I care.' especially people like my mother>>
I KNOW what you mean. The thing is you know they care but they do tend to smother you with it sometimes . Bad experiences a-plenty I have. Especially with family
- am with you there
.
How about these for expanding on peaceful
amicable, at peace, calm, collected, composed, equable, gentle, halcyon, harmonious, mellow, nonbelligerent, nonviolent, pacifistic, peace-loving, peaceable, placatory, placid, quiet, restful, serene, smooth, still, tranquil, undisturbed, unruffled, untroubled, without hostility
Bet you're all of them. You seem that way anyways
