AAAaagh! Meloncholia has set in good and proper...
It's one of those days when I ask myself "What's the point?" and the moral of the story is...never write in your journal when your in one of those moods!!
Oh, and on a brighter note I've just discovered two new authors that I like!

Hi world, life isn't too bad today, as I type this I have 2 ginger cakes in the oven and they are smelling gooood!!
Hope your evening is as pleasent as mine (but not so boring that you write a journal entry to say you're baking)

Well, I've been checking out the guide this evening and I'm enjoying it more and more!
As a result I'm in a fantastic mood with life, the universe and everything and would like to wish each and every one of you that reads this, a very pleasent evening...or whatever part of the day it is when you read it!

Life, 5th Sept 2000

This is my first journal entry, and indeed my first day as a researcher for h2g2! I feel well pleased (unfortunately this pleased feeling is somewhat subdued by the fact that today I had dealings with my local council who naffed me off and said I had to take up my problem with the Prime Minister...I gave up there and then) to be able to add something to the whole project!! Right, I'd better get adding then.
